Permanent Resident Card Renewal: PR Card: Expires every 5 years:
Caregiver Stream: The Caregiver Stream is a Canadian immigration program for foreign caregivers. It has two paths: Home Child Care and Home Support. Caregivers work, gain experience, and can later apply for permanent residency, meeting Canada’s caregiver needs while offering a chance for long-term settlement.
Humanitarian & Compassionate application & Resubmission: Humanitarian and compassionate grounds apply to people with exceptional cases. People who would not normally be eligible to become permanent residents of Canada may be able to apply on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
Applications are access based on the following factors:
How settled the person is in Canada ( No EX)
General family ties to Canada
The best interests of any children involved
Citizenship Application: A citizenship application is the formal process through which eligible residents of a country apply to become full-fledged citizens. Applicants typically need to fulfill specific residency requirements, demonstrate language proficiency and knowledge of the country’s culture or history, and meet other criteria set by the country’s citizenship laws.
Business Immigration: Business immigration programs are designed by countries to attract entrepreneurs, investors, and business people. These programs offer residency or citizenship based on business activities, boosting economies and creating jobs. Requirements vary by country and can include investments and business plans.
Business/ Investor: The Canada Business Investor Visa invites foreign investors to contribute financially to Canadian businesses. Successful applicants can gain permanent residency or citizenship, benefiting both the Canadian economy and the investors’ long-term prospects.
LMIA: LMIA stands for “Laboure Market Impact Assessment,” and it is a crucial document in the Canadian immigration system. An LMIA is essentially a verification process conducted by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to assess the potential impact of hiring a foreign worker on the Canadian labor market. It is designed to ensure that hiring a foreign worker will not negatively affect job opportunities or wages for Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
